Order Process & Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other forms of payment as indicated at checkout.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order. If any information is incorrect, contact us immediately.
Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
Returns & Refunds

Custom or personalized items may have different return rules, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, our paddles come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TigerShark Pickleball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
